We have a 5-day replacement policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement provided there is any defect in the product.
To be eligible for a replacement, your product needs to be in the same condition that you have received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Also, the proof of purchase or receipt needs to be there.

If your replacement gets accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send the package. However, the return shipping cost will be borne by you only.
Please check your shipment upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can elevate the issue and correct it.
‘Damage’ does not include any issue related to the product pertaining to the print or design purchased.
